Talk to the renyzo crew about your next broadcast

Tell us what is being broadcast and where it takes place. A news bulletin from a studio, an outside broadcast from a town centre and a festival stage each call for a different crew and a different signal path. The venue name, its postcode and whether it has an existing fibre or satellite connection are all worth including if you know them. If the location is still being decided, say so and we can talk through the options.

Give us the date of the broadcast, the call time at the venue and the time you need to be on air. Mention how long the feed must run and whether there is a rehearsal beforehand. Tell us who receives the signal: a television network, a news desk, a streaming partner or screens on site. If the date is provisional, mark it as such so we can plan crews and equipment around it.

List the number of cameras you expect, any vision mixing or graphics requirements and the file or signal standards your broadcaster asks for. If a technical contact at the receiving end is known, add their name and number so our engineers can settle details directly. A rough budget is welcome too, since it helps us suggest a sensible scope. Where you are unsure of any of this, send what you have and we will fill the gaps together by phone or in writing.
